Twelve Springs Quail Eggs

Fresh eggs from happy and healthy coturnix quail, raised outdoors in a spacious aviary full of native plants and bugs to hunt! All of our eggs are considered true-blue due to the “celadon” gene. Eggs are available for sale via pickup in Mansfield, TX.

We are working on breeding the celadon gene into a jumbo quail line, but eggs are currently standard size. Standard quail eggs are roughly 1/3 of the size of chicken eggs. Eggs sold for consumption are washed and refrigerated, making them unsuitable for hatching.

Other goods and services (e.g. quail meat, hatching eggs, quail chicks, husbandry lessons, classes for kids, and DIY aviary plans) are available for members via time banking and mutual aid initiatives only.
